There are many factors that will be considered, including but not limited to, completeness of registration information and system specifications. We want to ensure that we select participants who will best serve the needs of our beta test. We will also be inviting passionate community contributors, influencers and media journalists to participate in the beta test for their feedback.
The beta test will begin soon, starting with a small number of exclusive invites. It will run for as long as we need to test our systems to ensure that they are ready for launch. We will invite more beta testers over time - the volume of beta testers invited will depend on our testing needs.
The beta will allow participants to play through the PvE Survival Mode Autobattler. Players will battle against waves after waves of increasingly difficult Illuvials. Total victory is impossible - it’s a matter of how long you’ll survive.
Every day the mode will reset, changing the spawn order of the enemy Illuvials.
Every day the mode will reset, changing the spawn order and other random possibilities of the enemy Illuvials. Private beta testers will compete for the daily highscore, which will be combined into a leaderboard.
You will receive an email if you have been invited to take part in this beta test. In order to prevent the invitation email from ending up in your junk/spam folder, please add the sender of the verification email you received after registering your account to your contacts and mark that email as 'not spam.'
You can also check the status of your application on the registration page. If you have been selected to be a beta tester, you will have access to the private beta page where you can download the game client, as well as access the tutorial page for the survival game mode.
You will be able to download the client from the same website you registered for the beta on. Please follow the installation instructions on the download page. You will have to log into the game using your registered Illuvium username and password.
You can report bugs directly from the game interface. Please keep in mind that bug fixing and feature creation are happening concurrently. We will fix any bugs as fast as we can.
